hello steve i have a question i think you havent answed but if i am doin cardio 2 a week lifting weight 4 times a week and resting 1 day while taking creatine do u think its a good idea to take creatine on cardio days or just days i do weight trainning

that is very true, depending on your metabolic type u have to adjust ur calorie intake accordingly for muscle mass gain, for taht toned look without putting on fat..it can be done…it just takes time to explore ur own body and find out what exercises work, what form u need and what typical diet gives u the best results…remember u still need to eat for recovery..on days off u can cut down on the calories more but before and after a workout a gd meal or carbs and protein is essential. stay fit.
I can agree with that last idea. its like when someone tells you not to think about something its your first response to think about it. If you sit around and think. I cant think about food. I cant eat.. I am on a diet it makes you think about it more

People take everything Steve says literally! They don’t understand he knows his shit!
One thing I notice about diets is that they try to con you into thinking
your eating exciting food and even though you have to eat less, they
make the quality and consistent intake of food a relatively important
consideration. I think overeaters and dieters alike have a similarity,
in that they both are nearly obsessive about the food they eat. I
think if you can make food an unimportant part of your life, the dieting
part becomes much easier.

Hello there, I never recommend people to eat less and be hungry, eating just once a day makes it harder to burn fat. The most important thing is to let your body know that it is getting enough food reserves in your nutrition so it don’t have to store any fat as food reserves. Eating often, but healthy!! will really help with fat burning since the fat is not needed anymore so will most of it be used as energy to your muscles when training.
My tip: Eat often, Eat healthy, and do exercises.
it all depends on how determined you are. my friend lost 100 lbs in 6 months. he may have lost some muscle but not much cuz he never worked out or played sports.
