It’s obviously not the same guy on each pictures, fake fail
very nice result.
yeap atleast yours is more realistic, those guys that say “six pack in 16 weeks” are plain bullshit, been doing abs for 1 year, joined a gym 5months ago (21 weeks), still have a little fat on the lower abs
I thought the second picture was sexier honestly. Six-packs are unattractive imho

eat sme cake it makes u feelgood
Just because fatness is associated with wealth doesnt mean those fat people are very healthy. The reason why its seen that way in the third world is because of the extreme levels of bifurcation in the income brackets. The wealthy have a lot, and the poor barely scrape by.
Yes its true that its better to be overweight than to be the average person in Ethiopia, but so what?
Modern context? HA! Youre on you tube for crying out loud. I got your context right here!
responding to those who have addressed me
You repeated yourself in various comments directly addressing the video, at length.
The reason I say youre a troll is because youre smart enough to realize that you dont know crap about this fitness thing, yet you continue besmirch this guys intentions, and others who may have similar ones. In otherwords, youre being a nuisance on purpose.
but that mostly is only done for vanity, not health
False dichotomy- Implying that a goal grounded on some level of superficiality necessarily has no healthy purpose. Implying that one cant pursue both cosmetic and healthy ends. Also assuming that mere cosmetics doesnt have any healthful purpose in of itself.
You want to talk about vanity now? Ill show you vanity. How about your vain attempts to be persuasive on an issue that you know absolutely nothing about? You have this idiotic assumption that vanity necessarily entails aesthetics.
Id also like to say that your continued insistence about what you know regarding health and fitness, goes beyond the level vanity, and borders on conceit.
@LexPhilogus
And you obviously have spent too much trying to define what a “troll” is in modern context as opposed to mythological dear. I believe you have a sight issue if you don’t understand why I am here. I am here responding to those who have addressed me, such as yourself, and not to continually address the poster of this video -have your eyesight checked or actually read what I write. As for you putting on muscle, that’s your choice, but that mostly is only done for vanity, not health.
It bears repeating, that its a lot harder to go from 20 to 10% body fat than it is to lose 50 pounds if you are 300 pounds. Thats why this guy should be an inspiration to even the largest of individuals.
Its considered by some, such as myself, a mark of maturity, to come to terms with the fact that you dont know shit about a certain subject, after youve clearly demonstrated an abysmal level of ignorance about it.
And packing on muscle isn’t normal, it’s gym culture. Normal is his before shot.
Do you have a reading disability? I just explained to you why youre wrong about that opinion. Repeating yourself over and over again, without addressing the evidence, wont change the fact that your claim is baseless.
You obviously don’t know what it means to be a troll.
A troll is basically a person who comes onto a thread for sole purpose of being an annoyance. Having mentioned several times already, that you don’t care much for the way the guy looks, and that you don’t care about losing weight, how else are we to interpret what your purpose here is, other than to serve as a nuisance?
The fact that this format is public is totally irrelevent.
@LexPhilogus
You know, calling someone a “troll” on a website that invites people to watch videos & then post their opinions is like calling people pigs who go to a buffet -doesn’t make sense..lol. Let’s stop the name calling just because people don’t agree with our opinions dear..grow up a little will ya? Thanks.
Worldwide, most people still identify someone with body fat as well off -you can afford to eat. And packing on muscle isn’t normal, it’s gym culture. Normal is his before shot.
Basically, that’s all there is to it. Problem is, people think that there’s some kind of special magic program out there that’s going to fix em.
I can tell you, from first hand experience, as someone whose put on a lot muscle in the last 10 years, that it all comes down to work work work. Most people won’t stick with a regimen for more than a couple months, because they don’t see results fast enough. It’s tiny results extended over a long period of time that gets you to your goal.
“Let’s all remember that not everyone thinks thin muscular guys are hot..”
But let’s also remember that everyone, and probably most, don’t agree with you.
Maybe you just came to this page to troll. I don’t know. I think people of all shapes and sizes who want to get results, can recieve inspiration from this man. But as you said before, you don’t mind a little fat, and you’re somewhat normal looking.
So, maybe you’re just here to troll.
“because quite honestly being thin and muscular is not “normal”
Actually, you’re wrong about that. It’s very natural to be lean and cut. It’s just that people’s genes aren’t adapted to living a sedentary lifestyle. It really wasn’t until the 20th century that people started living this way. It’s just that almost no one’s labor in this technologically advanced society requires the physicality of ancient hunting and farming. So we supplement it with gyms.
The thing you don’t understand is, when you get down to about 20% body fat, that’s when fat loss begins to get hard. Any obese person can lose a lot of weight, at first ,by just cutting about 500 calories out of their diet, without even exercising.
The more fat you lose, the harder it is to lose one more pound. For example, it’s much easier for a 300 pound fat guy to lose 50 pounds, then to go from this guys be4 to after pic.
My opinion:
Pic 1) A normal guy who might need to shape up a bit, but not really “fat”.
Pic 2) A perfectly normal, young man. Not well trained but that´s all.
Pic 3) Horrible!
It´s good to train, but my taste of male bodies is probably different from this video makers…
i lost 15 kgs of body fat in 9 months. i had a 36 inches waist. now its under 30 with a 4 pack abs. i m ripped but i m not able to gain weight. although everything is on the track. only one thing might be causing problem. and that is that i use plant protein in my meals and not lean protein sources. does any body have any idea??
great job!
