Other than this, vitamin B12 is also known to prevent anemia and fight depression and fatigue. Since vitamin b12 can only be found in some meats and dairy products, it is suggested that people take vitamin b12 supplements.
By far the most popular of all vitamin C benefits is that it’s often used to treat colds and especially reduce the impact of the symptoms but most people do not know that vitamin C is also taken to make the skin look better. People who lack vitamin C bruise very easily and can sometimes even lose their teeth and hair.
