When considering getting into great shape, people get very creative when they try to come up with reasons to avoid it. The fact remains that before we actually are in shape, workouts are no fun at all; it’s merely hard work. Getting in shape doesn’t feel good, despite the endorphin rush many of us go through afterwards. Although we sometimes get endorphin rushes, our bodies experience pain and discomfort, we get fatigued and for a while we more or less detest our bodies. No wonder we are so adept at uncovering other things to do with our down time! The following are a few of the most foolish excuses individuals use when they do not like to exercise.
