I feel like bursting into song…something about it being my 20th day on my 25 day HCG therapy for weight loss program. If I could sing at all (or compose likeable lyrics) I might actually do it. Even after I complete the 25 days I have to stick to more rules…the rules of the maintenance diet, but that’s not nearly as strict as what I’m on right now.
Day 16! Still on the HCG Diet!

Having completed Day 16 on the HCG diet means that I’m more than halfway through the low calorie portion of the diet. It’s a pretty exciting landmark in the course of the diet, I think. It started off with 2 loading days (during which I ate tons of fatty foods). The loading days are intended to accelerate the rate at which the body absorbs the HCG. Then I started the next 23 days of low calorie dieting (500 calories)! This is a personal choice. The lengths of the programs vary.

The results I’ve seen on the HCG hormone therapy program are absolutely amazing. So it shouldn’t amaze me that there continues to be massive amounts of online and person to person discussion of the benefits of HCG dieting. I’m amazed by my own fabulous results so I guess it’s only natural that there are countless other people out there being just as amazed by their own weight loss.

It’s day 19 on my HCG Diet. I’ve lost another pound. It’s like an amazing game that I’m winning. Every day I follow the rules and then I lose more weight. It’s just lovely. It’s exactly how a weight loss program is supposed to work!

I love the HCG Diet. My 18th day was definitely a good one. I lost another pound; just one, but I’m feeling fabulous. It feels extra fabulous because I was stuck at 156 and I was just so excited to see a different number on the scale!

I’ve got less than 10 days left on the low calorie portion of the HCG diet. That makes Day 16 one of my favorites so far. Here’s a quick reminder of the program layout. It started off with 2 days of loading. Loading is eating a whole lot of food with a whole lot of fat content and therefore calories. While loading you start taking your HCG three times daily. It’s supposed to increase the ability of the body to absorb the HCG product. After loading you start a 500 calorie per day portion of the diet. I chose to do the program that had me dieting for 23 days, but there are different lengths you can choose from.
Still Losing Weight on Day 15!

I’ve loved losing weight on my HCG Diet. It’s day 15 of the 25 day program. I finally feel like I’m getting there. 15 days is a big deal when the entire length of the program is only 25 days. Diet consumer reviews all indicated that once you hit the half way point it would be totally easy. The diet consumer reviews said that you’d have habits that kept you on track and it would be easy to reach for the right foods throughout the day.

Day 16 on the HCG Diet. That means I’ve only less than 10 days left on the low calorie portion of the diet. Just to recap in case some of you are just joining us or in case some of you are forgetful: the diet starts off with 2 days of loading. Loading is taking in as much fatty calories as possible. This increases the absorption of the HCG into the body. After loading the very low calorie diet begins (500 calories per day). This lasts for 23 more days.

Alright. You probably read yesterday’s article so you know that today’s weigh in was a little nerve wracking. That’s just what happens when you’re on a very low calorie, HCG diet and you break all the rules and indulge in potato salad, Caesar salad and turkey legs. Alright…in a lot of the diet reviews I read about the HCG diet it would mention that you just need to stay home. This part of the diet reviews is absolutely true. You’ll know why by the end of today’s article. It’s day 12 for me on my HCG diet. Just as a recap in case you’re just joining in…I chose to do the 25 day homeopathic HCG diet. I’m doing it through HCG Diet Direct. I bullied a friend into being my HCG diet buddy. Her name’s Lisa. And we’ve got a side bet to see who can lose the most weight. I want to win.
